Please carefully review and acknowledge the following terms and conditions before proceeding with an order from Jyu Pastry Art:

Payment Terms

1. Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided in the order is accurate. Please consider your order carefully before placing it, as no changes  to flavors or delivery date/time are permitted 48 hours before the selected date.The contract between you and Jyu Pastry Art is established once we receive your payment and subsequently send you a confirmation email indicating the acceptance of your order and payment.

2. Commencement of Work: Work on your order will commence only upon receipt of full payment in accordance with the agreed-upon quote and confirmed design details.

Return/Refund Policy

1. Complaints: If you encounter any issues with a product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing your order number, product code, name, address, and reason for return/exchange.

2. Return Responsibility: The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

3. Refund Policy: We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances. Instead, the value will be credited to your member account and can be used for your next order with us.

Self Pick Up

1. Order Number: Please mention your order number upon pick-up. You can find this number in the confirmation email sent to the address you provided during ordering.
    
2. Self Delivery Arrangement: If you prefer to arrange own delivery to collect the item, please ensure that you select a car NOT a motorbike to prevent any damage to the cake. Also, kindly include the order number for pick-up in your remarks.

Delivery

1. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may vary depending on the distance.

2. Shortage of Delivery Charges: Additional fees will be applied if there is a shortfall in delivery charges.

Delivery Conditions

1. Product Delivery: Products can either be self-collected or delivered by a third party to your specified address.

2. Responsibility: While we take every precaution during the delivery and setup of the cake, Jyu Pastry Art cannot be held responsible for any damage to the cake or products during delivery. We will obtain a signature acknowledging the handover of responsibility from the client or venue.

3. Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you or a designated representative is available to collect the product at the agreed time and location. Fees and charges will be applicable for redelivery. Any damage to the product resulting from unavailability at the agreed time and location is the responsibility of the client.

4. Delivery Variability: The delivery may arrive early, on time, or be slightly delayed. This depends on factors such as rider availability, route conditions, weather, and the distance between your location and our delivery branch.

Design

1. Handmade Nature: Please understand that all cakes are handmade products, making it impossible to replicate the design precisely.

2. Design Details: A summary of the design is typically provided in the invoice or message. It is your responsibility to verify the correctness of all details and ensure that all necessary information has been included. Jyu Pastry Art reserves the right to make design adjustments for structural stability, proportion, style, or other reasons without prior consultation with the client.

3. Color Discrepancies: Colors may appear differently in electronic representations compared to the final product, as all colors are hand-mixed. There may be some color variations between the representations and the actual product.

4. Design Approval: If both parties agree to allow Jyu Pastry Art to design the cake, any changes to the final design are not permitted.

Marketing Representations

All marketing representations on the Jyu Pastry Art website, social media, email, or other media are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract.

Alterations and Changes

1. Amendments: Any changes to the agreed-upon design must be submitted in writing no less than 72 hours before the delivery or pickup date.

2. Ingredient Availability: The final product is subject to the availability of ingredients, other materials, and equipment.

Force Majeure

Neither Jyu Pastry Art nor any delivery service used shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure results from circumstances outside of their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, government actions, acts of war, terrorism, acts of God, or industrial disputes.

Cancellations

1. Cancellation Window: Orders cannot be canceled within 72 hours (3 days) of the collection date.

2. Deposits: Deposits and any payments made by clients are non-refundable.

3. Right to Cancel: Jyu Pastry Art reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Payments already made by the client will be fully refunded in case of such cancellation.

Allergens

1. Allergen Disclaimer: All products are produced in a facility that may contain nuts, gluten, and other allergens. Products may contain traces of these items.

2. Dietary Requirements: It is your responsibility to inform Jyu Pastry Art in writing of any dietary requirements before receiving the invoice.

3. Non-Edible Items: Some non-edible items may be used as decorations or packaging for the products. It is your responsibility to remove any non-edible items before consumption.

Welcome voucher 

• The RM10 welcome voucher is only applicable for user who is first time online purchase in www.jyupastryart.com.
• Welcome voucher is applicable for one(1) transaction.
• Welcome voucher discount is RM10 OFF with minimum purchase of RM100 of cake products in each transaction.
• Welcome voucher will be auto-applied during checkout.
• Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• Voucher can only be used and redeemed by registered customer who has already login to their account during purchase.

Birthday Coupon 

• The RM10 Birthday Coupon is valid for online purchase and is to be used within one(1) transaction.
• No minimum spend required, and cannot be used with other coupons. 
• The RM10 Birthday Coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• You will receive the RM10  Birthday Coupon on the 1st day of your birthday month which valid for 30 days. Please register one month before your birthday month to claim the coupon. 
• If you only register an online membership account during your birthday month, you will only receive the coupon within the first week of the following year. 
• Birthday coupon will be auto-applied during check out if you have key in your date of birth in your membership account.
• In the event that you did not receive your Birthday Coupon, please connect us for further assistance.

Online Promotion/Voucher/Coupon Terms & Condition

• Vouchers/coupon are only valid for purchases made on www.jyupastryart.com 
• Each voucher/coupon is applicable for a single transaction (unless stated otherwise).
• Voucher/coupon codes are to be entered at the checkout or cart page (unless stated otherwise).
• Voucher/coupon are not valid for promotions, discounted products, and shipping fees (unless stated otherwise).
• Customers should take note of the expiry dates of the voucher(s) that they wish to redeem. Any voucher(s) which have expired will be invalid.
• Individual vouchers are only valid during its respective promotion period. This guideline overrides any individual voucher/coupon policy (unless stated otherwise).
• We reserves the right to cancel any order if a customer’s purchasing behavior that appears to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
• JYUPASTRYART vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full at www.jyupastryart.com or at any store.
• Voucher/coupon can only be used and redeemed by registered customer who has already login to their account during purchase.
• We reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions or cancel any vouchers/coupon/promotions without prior notice.
• Additional terms & conditions are stated on the respective promotion banners (e.g. duration, discount amounts, validity for campaigns/promotions or certain products).

Product purchased before and after discount/promotion

The Customer shall ensure that the product(s) purchased via website upon checkout be final and binding on both the Customer and JYUPASTRYART on a willing buyer and willing seller basis. JYUPASTRYART shall not entertain any claims on the purchase price once payment is made on checkout and this includes amongst others, the discount(s) and/or promotion(s) offered after the said payment of the product(s) are made.

By placing an order with Jyu Pastry Art, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
